CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY AND STRATEGIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
For Clarity of mind
Hypnosis is done with your eyes closed. This helps you to focus on your internal world and access the space between your conscious and unconscious mind. It is a heightened state of awareness that allows you to be more relaxed, and therefore increase your ability to create change in your life. It allows you to make clearer choices of possibilities and provides cognitive flexibility.
In conjunction with hypnosis, the strategic psychotherapy helps target the areas in your life, to help provide solutions to your problem. Also educating you and allows you to make behavioural changes that support you moving forward in life.
As the client you are in control and everyone’s experience is different.
Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy are a useful combination when you want to create lasting and effective change, stability and emotional balance.

JOURNEY PROCESS
Mind Body Spirit
This process will help you release stored emotions, pain and trauma. It is though guided visualisation (introspection), with your eyes closed, you come to a deeper, slower pace inside yourself (helping you connect to your soul), to help access and clear memories from your past. These can often unconsciously be holding you back in life. The process can bring you clarity, understanding, new perspectives, insights, closure and forgiveness giving you a greater sense of wholeness.

NLP LIFE COACHING
A Personal Approach
NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming
(the language of our brains) it is the way our minds have learnt to process the world. It’s like the software of a computer, running in the background, an old operating system that not longer supports you and keeps you stuck. Using a set of tools and processes, it will help you release old patterns that are not working for you anymore and debug that old system.
